Run the lesson. Silika keeps track.
Open a room, put the code on the projector and the class is in. See who is lab-ready, who is stuck, and what to reteach.
Your home page: what each class needs
- For each class: homework due, write-ups to mark, who is stuck on a quiz, and who has not been in the lab for two weeks.
- Set a weekly goal for the class jar and watch the class fill it together. Turn on a class board if it suits your class.
- Recognise a pupil with an IB learner-profile badge and a line on what they did.
Live rooms
- Students join with a 6-digit code or a QR code in seconds.
- Self-paced, or teacher-paced: open the steps one by one for the whole class.
- Quiz race with a timer, a top-5 board and a podium. Race points never change quiz scores.
- Pupils from a centre or family account can join your room by code when you let them.
See the class live
- Each student's status updates every few seconds: working, idle, may be stuck.
- Replay a student's session to see exactly what they tried.
- Class readiness at a glance, and the most-missed quiz questions first.
Homework and marking
- Set an experiment with a due date and see who is done, late or overdue.
- Mark write-ups with MYP sciences (B, C), MYP design (A–D) or DP internal assessment criteria, or comments only.
- Export marks as CSV.
